Recipes: Grilled Eggs & Avocado Breakfast

If you ask me, any meal that includes avocado is simply the best! And not only because of its delicious flavor, but also its nutrition facts. 
 
Avocados have the highest protein content of any fruit, an enormous amount of vitamins, potassium and healthy fat. But probably avocado’s biggest health benefit is that by adding it to certain foods, you can improve your absorption of nutrients. This is why it’s a great breakfast option! 
 
Ingredients:
 
2 Bread slices (white or whole grain)
1 Large egg
1/4 Piece of avocado
1 Tbsp of Olive oil
Salt & Pepper
1. First | Toast the bread slices, you can do it plain or by adding them a bit of olive oil.
2. Then | Grill the egg (or eggs). I do this for health purposes, that way I won’t have to add any oil. 
One large egg already contains about 213 mg of cholesterol (two-thirds of the recommendation daily limit), so it’s best if you keep it as healthy as possible.  But you can definitely do this with fried eggs if desired. 
3. Finally While the eggs are grilling, smash the avocado and mix it with the olive oil, salt and some pepper. 
 
Put all the ingredients together and enjoy! You can also sprinkle some pepper on top for decoration.

DIY Chocolate & Caramel Frapuccino

Hey guys! A couple of weeks ago I uploaded a picture on Instagram of some frapuccinos I made and after that sooo many people have asked me how to do this, so the best way was to just upload the recipe step by step.
Hola Chic@s! Hacen unas semanas subi una foto a Instagram de unos frapuccinos que preparé y despues de eso muchiiisimas personas me han preguntado cómo hacerlo, así que la mejor manera de responderles era subiendolo al blog paso por paso.
 
* Ingredients / Ingredientes:
– 1/2 cup of coffee (1/2 taza de cafe)
– 1 cup of milk (1 taza de leche)
– Sugar (Azúcar)
– Chocolate cookies (galletas de chocolate)
– Ice (Hielo)
– Caramel or chocolate syrup (Sirop de caramelo o chocolate)
– Wipped Cream (Crema Batida)
 
* Optional / Opcional:
– 1 tbsp of Vanilla extract ( 1 cda de Extracto de Vainilla)
– 1 tbsp of Non-dairy coffee creamer (1 cda de cremora para cafe)
– Chocolate for decoration (Chocolate para decorar)

 

 

Pour all ingredients in a blender, including some chocolate cookies.
Vierte los ingredientes en la licuadora, incluyendo algunas galletas.
Fill the blender with about 2 1/2 cups of the ingredients, the rest with ice.
Llena la licuadora aproximadamente 2 1/2 tazas con los ingredientes, el resto con hielo.

Once everything is blended is suppose to look something like this.
Una vez todo esté mezclado está supuesto a parcer algo así. 
Add some caramel or chocolate syrup all over the glass where serving.
Agrega sirop de caramelo o chocolate alrededor del interior del vaso a servir.
Add Wipped Cream on top.
Agrega Crema Batida encima.
