GreenForce Labs NO2 Pre-Workout

Hey guys! It’s crazy how half of January already flew away, so if you haven’t started working on your “New Years Resolutions” you definitely should! As many of you, my biggest resolution for 2015 is to get as fit and healthy as possible (yeah I know… we all say that and never actually do it) but I have been very motivated for a few months now and everyday it feels more like a lifestyle than just a simple resolution, so I hope this would be the first of many health and fitness related posts.

So for a few weeks now I’ve been trying the GreenForce Labs NO2 Pre-Workout, and I have to admit, I’m not very fitness savvy and now is when I’m actually following a workout rutine, so I did ask for the help of a friend who has so much more experience than me in this subject.

Basically this supplement is suppose to provide the energy required to get the most out of your workout. And it actually does! I have been using it for over two weeks now and I have absolutely no complains about it yet. This pre-workout is designed specifically for intense energy and focus, maximized performance, increased endurance, explosive power and more. Contains about 120 capsules and according to directions you should take 4 capsules with water prior weight training or intense workout.

I was recommended (since I never used a pre-workout before) to use half a dosage the first couple of weeks just to get my body used to it. That’s something I really appreciate and will highly recommend you guys to do too if like me you have no experience with these supplements. So, since the dosage is 4 capsules, I would actually take just two of them and that was good enough for me. The supplement starts to kick in 10 to 15 minutes after taking it and that’s when you should try to take more advantage of it. You’re probably gonna feel a rush of energy and sort of a tingle over your body… that’s completely normal.
One thing I like about this product is that it’s made with all natural ingredients which I understand could’ve been a concern for many people. Some of these are:

Vitamin B-3 also called Niacin, was a supplement commonly used 20 years ago by athletes since it increase the production of grow hormones.

Vitamin B-12: This vitamin is a MUST in any pre workout out there. Vitamin B-12 boost the process to create new red blood cells and nerve cells, it helps our nerves get higher amount of energy, allowing you to workout harder for a longer period.

Caffeine: Substance found in coffee, tea, chocolate, and certain medicines. It has many effects on the body’s metabolism, including stimulating the central nervous system. This can make you more alert and give you a boost of energy.

L-CitrullineIs a great amino acid for both to add a bit more pump to your workouts and to speed up you recovery. This amino acid is converted into L-arginine and then into Nitric Oxide, this will increase the amount of blood and oxygen that is delivered to the working muscle, the blood flow will transfer essentials nutrients for the muscle tissues including carbohydrates and protein that are necessary for recovery.

L-ArginineThis amino acid can enhance the production of Nitric Oxide in the body and boost your stamina significantly during high intensity workouts.

OrnithineIt actually benefits you when you are exercising for periods longer than 45 minutes… it doesn’t necessary boost your performance. But it normally goes together with the L-Arginine since it is an amino acid manufactured by the body when thearginine, is metabolized during the production of urea (a constituent of urine).

Beet Root ExtractAnother component that a decent pre workout supplement must have, along with the L-Citrulline and the L-Arginine. It contains high levels of nitrates, which can eventually be converted into Nitric Oxide.

This product is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18, pregnant or nursing ladies, and you should not take more than 4 capsules per day.
